Our Lady of Guadalupe celebrations

Numerous parishes throughout the diocese will mark the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, patroness of the Americas with special celebrations. All are welcome to these celebrations; see below for locations and times.

Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC

7:15 p.m. – Rosary

8 p.m. – Mariachi

9 p.m. – Our Lady of Guadalupe Apparition play

9:30 p.m. – Procession, followed by vigil

11 p.m. – Mass in Spanish with Bishop Oscar A. Solis 

Midnight – Mañanitas and Aztec Dancers

Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 715 West 300 North, SLC

2 p.m. – Dances

9 p.m. – Procession, followed by Aztec dancers

11 p.m. – Mass in Spanish

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 670 South 1100 East, Salt Lake City

6 p.m. – Rosary

A potluck will follow in the social hall. All are welcome; bring your favorite dish to share.
