SALT LAKE CITY — Patrick Lee Zaccardi, 48, passed away March 13, 2012.

Zaccardi was born Sept. 18, 1963. A member of the Utah Defensive Pistol League and International Defensive Pistol League, he was also a third degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus.

Zaccardi is survived by his children, Timber (JJ) Kalkbrenner and Juke Zaccardi; former wife Jodee Gordon Zaccardi; two grandchildren; parents Joyce and Joe Rainaldi; and five siblings.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
