BOUNTIFUL — Saint Olaf School concluded Red Ribbon Week with a Class Spirit Day during which each class chose colors to wear for the day. Discussion took place about the Diocesan Door of Faith poster and how each door represented a community of faith. Classes were to design and decorate a door that in some way reflected who they are as a community. The students brainstormed ideas and each class came up with a unique portrayal of themselves. The students enthusiastically participated and stated that it was one of the best activities ever. The second grade decorated their door with a poster featuring a collage of wild animals because they are "wild about second grade." The first grade door was decorated as a turkey with "thankful feathers." The sixth-graders drew their own portraits depicting themselves as scoundrels. And if anyone asks who the best class is, the eighth grade door answers, "Who else, but us."
