Soaring Eagle runners find their pace in Class 3A

This year, Juan Diego fielded its largest team of cross country runners since 2006, and the results showed on the scoreboard.

The 2009 boys cross country team qualified for the state meet for the first time since 2005. On the girls side, the results were similar: a third-place finish in the region and seventh at the state meet, the best finish since the move to 3A.

The girls also took second place at the 2009 Tooele County Invitational.
