Summer fun for students

Summer adventure camps — for students entering preschool through 8th grade. Four weekly themed sessions, Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon, June 4-28, J.E. Cosgriff Memorial School, 2335 Redondo Ave. SLC. Full month is $350 or $100 per week/per student. High School Explorations in Science — July 30 – Aug. 3, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Skaggs Catholic Center, 300 East 11800 South, Draper. For high school students aged 14-18. Tools and UAV kits provided. Camp location on campus will vary based on project activities. Bring a sack lunch and work shirt. Cost is $35. Athletic Camps — Judge Memorial CHS will host athletic camps in June for a variety of sports. Registration is being accepted. Opportunities for girls’ and boys’ basketball, girls’ and boys’ soccer, cross country, football, swimming, golf, hockey and more. Middle School Explorations in Science — June 11-15, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Skaggs Catholic Center, 300 East 11800 South, Draper. Sponsored by the Juan Diego Academy of Sciences for any middle school student (public or private) entering grades 6-8. Summer Reading and Math Intervention — June 18 – July 26, at Our Lady of Lourdes School, 1065 East 700 South, SLC. One-hour sessions run continuously; two- or four-day-a-week sessions are available.
