The Hispanic Commission

I stopped by the Hispanic Commission meeting this past Saturday to say hello to the various representatives of our parishes throughout the diocese. We had a wonderful exchange of ideas as we talked about vocations to the priesthood, bilingual liturgies, more Spanish Masses throughout the diocese, the upcoming diaconate formation program and other topics. As always, I left our meeting with a profound sense of gratitude for the great dedication our Hispanic Commission members have for this diocese and for their particular parishes. They work hard in promoting and deepening Catholic life in this diocese and I thank them all. Special thanks go to Mrs. Maria-Cruz Gray, Deacon Ricardo Arias and Ms. Marylin Acosta. ¡Muchas Gracias!
