Utahns will be at pope's Mass in Juarez, Mexico

Bonifacio and Josefina Rubio, parishioners of St. Therese of the Child Jesus in Midvale, won tickets in a drawing conducted by the Diocese of Ciudad Juarez and will be present at Pope Francis’ Mass in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
