BOUNTIFUL — Vera E. Priest, 99, passed away April 13, 2013. Priest was born in Los Angeles, Calif. to William and Josephine (Immenschuh) Froscher on Dec. 27, 1913. She worked as a waitress and later went to work for Cooper Donuts, where she became manager. She married Albert Priest on April 23, 1955. Priest is survived by husband Albert, brothers Earl Froscher and Bill (Wynona) Froscher, one granddaughter, two grandsons and several nieces and nephews. Priest was preceded in death by her parents; son Timothy; and sisters Esther Lupper (John), Florence Day (Harvey), Ina Heckert (Elwin), Dena Bennett and Irma Mitchell (William). A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Olaf Catholic Church.
