Dumpsters, security add to costs at CCS' dining hall

 Catholic Community Services of Utah is seeking help to pay the garbage bill.
CCS bears a monthly cost for the dumpster service at the St. Vincent de Paul Dining room. Currently, the $611 monthly bill comes out of the general operating budget.

Parish Lenten Retreat

Father Agustin Opalalic, pastor of Our Lady of Angels Parish in the Diocese of San Diego and a member of the diocesan tribunal, presented a two-day retreat at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish in Midvale Feb. 3-4. He also gave a retreat for the diocese’s Filipino community on March 5. Fr. Opalalic was instrumental in the priestly vocation of Fr. Joseph Frez, pastor of St. Therese Parish.
