The St. Joseph Catholic High School Class of 2021 proved adaptable up to the end. After a year of dealing with changes to the way classes were taught and social gatherings managed, the 40 graduates and their families assembled in the early evening of May 21 on the campus’ new soccer field for a well-scripted event at which no unpleasant surprises were anticipated: the commencement ceremony.
