Raybould, a member of Coalition of Religious Communities – A multi-faith response to poverty, said the coalition is for HB – 125 Access to Dental Health, which creates a pilot program for individuals on Medicaid to receive basic dental care. The coalition is against SJR 22 – Joint Resolution on State Spending, which seeks to amend the Utah Constitution to limit the amount that the state budget would increase from year to year.
