Study Course — Msgr. M. Scout Religious Emblem Ceremony — Saturday, Feb. 8, 10 a.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts who have earned their religious awards will receive their emblems from Bishop John C. Wester.
