Yard Sale — June 16-18 in the Saint Rose of Lima Parish rotunda, 210 S. Chapel St., Layton. Sponsored by the parish’s Council of Catholic Women. All are welcome. Many items to choose from.

Days of Yore Festival — at Saint Thomas More Parish, 3015 E. Creek Road, Sandy, will be June 17-19: Friday, 6-10 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Games, wine tasting, beer garden, bake sale, vendors, entertainment, 5K, skills basketball tournament. Sunday Father’s Day brunch after all Masses. 

Parish Festival — Saturday, June 18, beginning at 10 a.m. at Saint Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 4914 South 2200 West, Taylorsville. Activities include kids’ games, a car show, a boutique, free document shredding and ethnic food. A social hour begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner and dancing to a live band - Muraco - until 8:30. Tickets, available at the door, are adults/$12, children 12 and under/$6. All are welcome.

Dinner & Games — at Kearns-Saint Ann School, 430 East 2100 South, SLC. June 18;  dinner at 5:45 p.m., games at 6:45 p.m. Cost: $16. 

Prize Drawing —Win a Holy Land pilgrimage for two, including airfare from SLC. The pilgrimage will take place Oct. 5 – 14, hosted by Msgr. Terry Moore and Deacon Paul Graham. Garage Sale — June 23-25; Thursday, 5-8 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at St. Andrew Parish, 118354 South 3600 West, Riverton. Use the school entrance. Items include furniture, household items, antiques, collectibles, books and clothing. 

St. Joseph CHS BBQ — The St. Joseph CHS Alumni Association will sponsor its 13th annual BBQ Friday, June 24 at the school, 1790 Lake St., Ogden. Social hour begins at 6 p.m.; BBQ at 7. All are invited. Cost: $10, cash or check only. Refreshments available. Reservations not required.

ASL Mass — Fr. Shawn Carey, Office of the Deaf Apostolate from the Archdiocese of Boston, will offer Masses, retreats and discussions with children and adults June 25-26 at St. Vincent de Paul Parish’s Holy Family Hall, 1375 Spring Lane, Holladay. Golf Tournament — The 9th Annual Victor Marquez Memorial will be Saturday, June 25, at the Ridge Golf Club, 5055 S. Westridge, Blvd., WVC. Cost: $80 per golfer; includes cart, lunch, drinks. Retirement celebration — for Monsignor Robert Servatius. Sunday, June 26, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m., at Blessed Sacrament School, 1745 East 9800 South, Sandy. Mass will be celebrated at 5 p.m.; refreshments in the school gym follow.

Stewardship curriculum — in English and Spanish for grades K-8 has been posted on the Diocese of Salt Lake City website, www.dioslc.org. There are nine lesson plans, to be implemented one per month, lasting 10-15 minutes each. 

Family in need — St. Joseph parishioners Maria and Juan Duenas have newborn quadruplets. A Go Fund Me account has been established for donations at https://www.gofundme.com/7kwrvgwk. While Juan is working two jobs, Maria cannot work at this time and they are having difficulties in paying their bills. Generosity in helping this young family is requested.
