Living Rosary for Life — St. Mary Catholic Church, 4050 South 3900 West, West Haven, will host its annual multi-language “Living Rosary for Life” on Friday, Jan. 22 at 5:30 p.m. Fifty people are needed to complete the living rosary. To register, call 801-898-3821.

Women’s Day of Reflection — Edwina Gateley, the 2016 Aquinas lecturer, will lead a Women’s Day of Reflection on Saturday, Jan. 23, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Episcopal Church Center, 75 South 200 East. Aquinas Lecture — Sunday, Jan. 24, 12:30 p.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Newman Center, 170 University St., SLC. This year’s lecturer is Edwina Gateley: poet, theologian, artist, writer, lay minister and single mother. She will speak about her life experiences serving others, and how God may be calling each of us to serve. Free and open to the public.

Men’s retreat — of contemplation and spiritual reflection will be held at Abbey of Our Lady of the Holy Trinity in Huntsville Jan. 29–31. Memories Wanted— The Catholic Woman’s League board will celebrate its 100th anniversary celebration at the Annual Tea in April. Holiday Food and Fund Drive — the annual event for Catholic Community Services’ to help stock the shelves at the Northern Utah Food Bank, runs through Jan. 15. Take non-perishables directly to CCS. Donations can also be dropped off at any Smith’s Food & Drug, RC Willey, or Riverton Motors location.

Entries Sought — Family Rosary’s “Try Prayer! It Works!” contest is open to Catholic students in kindergarten through 12th grade. This year’s theme is “Who is my mother? Give Me A Chance — Give Me A Chance’s After School Program is looking for volunteers who like to teach children in math, reading, science and more. Volunteer hours are 3-6 p.m. If interested, call Katie or Sister Maria at 801-627-2235.

Give Me A Chance — Give Me A Chance After-School Enhancement Academy K-6th is a free program, Monday-Thursday, 3 p.m.-6 p.m. Sewing, cooking, sports and music offered. For information, call 801-627-2235. 

Seasonal Mass at Alta — Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Snows Chapel, across from Alta Lodge, at 5 p.m. each Sunday until the end of April. Mass on Easter Sunday will be at 10 a.m. 

Healing Mass — Every third Saturday of the month at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, 3560 West 3650 South, West Valley City. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 8 a.m.
