Father Andrzej Skrzypiec and Principal Betsy Hunt greet students at J.E. Cosgriff Memorial School in Salt Lake City on their first day of the 2016-2017 school year.  The academic year is underway  at all 16 Utah Catholic Schools, which have a combined enrollment of 5,300 students.
