Bradley James Bromage

OGDEN — Bradley James Bromage died July 3, 2016 at Ogden Regional Medical Center after a short battle with cancer. 
Bromage was born Dec. 20, 1950 in Pennsylvania; he spent time in Niagara Falls before moving to northern Utah with family in 1969. 
Brad was an outstanding athlete who loved both to participate in and attend sporting events. He also enjoyed animals and nature, collecting sports cards, coins and memorabilia. He enjoyed spending time on retreats at the Trappist monastery in Huntsville with his favorite people – the monks. 
Brad received his General Education Development (GED) High School Equivalency from Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College and attended Weber State College for three years. His work career included employment at J.H. Williams in Buffalo, N.Y., Max Factor, Levelor and Thiokol in northern Utah. 
Brad was married to Amanda Dilley for several years before they divorced.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Grace; father, Arthur, Jr.; sister, Grace Villalon; and son, Bradley Jr.
Brad is survived by his sisters Eileen Bromage and Joanne Wheeler; brother Arthur Bromage; daughter Aerean Morris; five grandchildren Alyssa, Audrey, Britton, Jacob and Zachary; and several nieces and nephews. 
A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. James the Just Catholic Church in Ogden; a graveside ceremony was held at Ogden Cemetery. 
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, Masses be offered for Brad at the Trappist Abbey of Our Lady of the Holy Trinity in Huntsville. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.aaronsmortuary.com.
