Carmelite summer BBQ

A barbecue  sponsored by the Friends of Sister Mary Joseph and the Knights of Columbus Council 602 to raise funds for the nuns’ health care costs was held Aug. 9 at the Carmelite Monastery. Participants were treated to a meal by Tom Cathrow Catering and had the option to buy some of the sister’s famous jams.
