The leadership of the relatively new Catholic Business Network met with me last Saturday to review their goals and objectives. The leadership team members are Michael O'Brien, Tom Richter, Bill Green, Craig Franco, Andrew Rakowski and John Puhr. This organization of business men and women gathers quarterly to discuss ways they can support each other, learn more about church teaching in the marketplace and serve the needs of our diocese. They work with young people to mentor them in the business world and they also support a local right to life group in the area. I am glad for the presence of this group in our local church and wish them well as they gather new members and seek new ways to be of service.
