Thank you very much to one and all for your kind and warm wishes on the occasion of my 13th Anniversary of Episcopal ordination on Sept. 18. It is hard to believe that so many years have passed since my ordination as bishop and I am deeply grateful to God for the many graces He has showered upon me in my Episcopal ministry. Truly, one of the most treasured gifts God has given me is the opportunity to serve as pastor of this local Church in the Diocese of Salt Lake City. I count it a unique honor and privilege to be a shepherd of this vibrant and enthusiastic Catholic community in Utah. I have grown considerably, with God's grace, and through your support and prayers. I thank you all for what you do for me and for all you mean to me. May God bless us in the years ahead.
