SALT LAKE CITY — John Chad Jarvis, 16, passed away Feb. 26, 2014. Jarvis was born on April 22, 1998. He is survived by his parents, Chad and Trina Montano Jarvis, sisters Tacia (Kevin) Worwood and Alyssa Jarvis; grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Peter Catholic Church.
