SALT LAKE CITY — Linda Nesi Polanshek, 56, passed on Sept. 18, 2011.

Polanshek was the first daughter of Sam and Leona Nesi, born in Salt Lake City. She married Steve Polanshek, later divorced.

Polanshek leaves behind her mother Leona, older brother Sam (Denise), younger brother Mike, sister Carol Ann (Scott) Baker; two daughters and a son, Tina (Mike Kavros), Stephen (Misty Maynard) and Stacey and four grandchildren.

Polanshek is preceded in death by her father Sam, grandson Damien and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Patrick Catholic Church.
