Marian Procession and Mass

As you may have seen in last week's edition of the Intermountain Catholic (and on its web page), several hundred of the faithful from a variety of cultures gathered to honor Mary with a rosary procession several blocks around the Madeleine Choir School, culminating with the Eucharist. This beautiful tribute to Mary during the month that is dedicated to her was a wonderful manifestation of faith and devotion as well as a reminder of the all the marvelous cultures that comprise our diocese. I am grateful to Father Joey Frez, Arlie Llenares and Maria Cruz Gray for their hard work and, most importantly, to all who participated in this wonderful event.
