Our Lady of Lourdes School welcomes mural

When you walk into Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in Salt Lake City, the mural of Our Lady of Lourdes and St. Bernadette makes an indelible first impression. Joan Clower, a parent at the school, used her God-given artistic talent, along with Createx paint and a variety of techniques including freehand drawing, brush painting and airbrushing, to create the mural, which incorporates a healthy dose of color to appeal to her younger audience. The work is by far Clower’s largest project.
