KEARNS - The Most Rev. John C. Wester (right), bishop of Salt Lake, confirmed about 30 members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish on Feb14. Father Dominic Thuy Dang Ha (standing, in white) is the pastor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. After the Mass, the bishop joined the Vietnamese community in celebrating the lunar new year. In the 12-year cycle, 2010 is the Year of the Tiger.
