Respect for Life Month

As we enter into this “Respect Life Month” I encourage all in our diocese to pray for an end to abortion and a deeper respect for the sanctity of human life in our country. God, the giver of life, has created each unrepeatable and unique human being in his own image and likeness. Every human being, from conception to natural death, is a sacred creation who is loved and cherished by God. No one should ever be deprived of these inalienable and divinely given realities, especially an innocent child in the womb.  We have made great strides in our effort to promote our pro-life position but we have a long way to go.  Please include these important intentions in your prayers.
