The Most Rev. Monsignor Lorenzo Cardenas Aregullin, Bishop emeritus of the Diocese of Papantla, Puebla, Mexico, was the main celebrant at the Feb. 27 Mass for the Rite of Acolyte for the permanent deacon class in the Diocese of Salt Lake City.
