The Intermountain Catholic is creating a recipe book in honor of the Carmelite monastery’s 60th year. Please send your favorite recipe to icnews@icatholic.org with "recipe" in the subject line, or mail to Intermountain Catholic, 27 C St., Salt Lake City, UT, 84103. Also, please let us know if you have any stories about the monastery or the nuns; your story may be included in the book. The books will be available for sale at the Carmelite Fair, Sept. 16. All proceeds will be donated to the nuns.
