Juan Diego Catholic High School had an outstanding fall sports season, with state championships in football (see story, below), golf (see story p. 8) and girls’ soccer, while Judge Memorial CHS qualified at the state level in girls’ tennis and boys’ golf. In addition, Saint Joseph CHS teams advanced to the state tournaments in baseball, volleyball and soccer, while in cross country, senior Meghann Clare placed 5th overall. Several members of the Jayhawks girls tennis team competed in the state finals as well.
