El lunes 21 de mayo 43 entidades católicas pusieron 12 diferentes demandas en contra del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos de los Estados Unidos, entre otros, y ante la regla del HHS que requiere que los empleadores provean de cobertura para la prescripción de anticonceptivos con una muy estrecha excepción de los centros en los que las personas profesan su fe. En las próximas semanas, más información acerca de estas demandas será dada a conocer, pero los católicos deben de entender dos cuestiones muy importantes.
