DCCW members unite as one in faith and service

SALT LAKE CITY — Women from the Diocese of Salt Lake City gathered together to unite and celebrate their Catholic faith at the 79th Annual Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (DCCW) Convention April 28-29, at the Sheraton City Centre Hotel in Salt Lake City.

SALT LAKE CITY — Mary Schubach McCarthey represented the McCarthey family and the Jane F. McCarthey Foundation in naming Judge Memorial Catholic High School’s McCarthey Stadium May 1. The Jane F. McCarthey Foundation donated $2.5 million to the Judge Memorial stadium fund.

SALT LAKE CITY — "Any time a loved one is struggling with something you cannot fix, it is hard," said Teranie Pelch. "My mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) six years ago when she was in her mid 40s. That is really late. People are usually diagnosed in their 20s or younger."
